Trial systems include example data, and most users add test customers, vehicles, and transactions during the trial process rather than real ones. In these cases, clearing trial data before going live is a good idea.
However, there are scenarios where you would not want to clear your trial data:
A data import from your previous system has already been completed and the imported records need to be kept
You have entered real transactions or customer records during the trial that you want to retain
If you have any real data you need to keep, do not use this function. Reach out via the Messenger if you are unsure.

Clearing the Trial Data
Important: You can only clear trial data prior to upgrading to a Paid Plan.
Clear Trial Data at Any Time
In the side-menu, select Settings, then System Configuration
Clear Trial Data During the Upgrade to a Paid Plan / Subscription
When you click the Buy Now button to start the upgrade to a paid plan, you will first see the following screen:
Simply select the option to Clear my workshop data and it will be removed when you click Next
