The following data types are removed when the Clear Trial Data process is run:

Vehicles
Suppliers
Parts
Setup > Pricing (Pricing Matrix)
Setup > Categories > Parts Categories, Customer Categories and Supplier Categories
Communication Templates
Fixed Services
✅ What stays intact?
Some data is retained to preserve manual setup and configuration:
Manually added parts categories
Staff
⚠️Note: Dummy staff (e.g. Spanners McGee) are not automatically removed but can be removed on request, just reach out via the Messenger and ask for a human agent.
