First you will need to download the Auxo Workshop Mobile app from the app store for your device:
🔑 Log In
Open the Auxo Workshop Mobile app on your mobile device.
Log in to your account.

📝Note: The Auxo Mobile app is designed for Technicians. To access your job list and time clocking, ensure your profile in Auxo Workshop has the "Can be Allocated to Jobs" setting enabled.
🧭 General Navigation
Top Navigation Bar: Shortcuts to your notifications and other important alerts. The Auxo icon will also return you to the Home screen.
Bottom Navigation Bar: Shortcuts to navigate to the Home screen, Jobs list, and Clock (time-clocking).
🏠 Home
On the Home screen, you will find the Today's Work tile, showing a summary of the jobs lined up for today, with a progress indicator. Click to open your job list for today.
📝Note: The Auxo Mobile app is designed for Technicians. To access its key features, ensure your profile in Auxo Workshop has the "Can be Allocated to Jobs" setting enabled. This way, you'll see all the jobs assigned to you when you log in.
📋 Jobs
The Job list is opened by clicking the Today's Work tile (shown above) or clicking the Jobs icon on the bottom navigation bar.
This list shows all jobs assigned to you for the selected date, including vehicle details, job status, job number, and a summary of the work required.
✨ Jobs are displayed in order of their scheduled time, then by job number (oldest job first).
Tap any job to open its details.
You can use the Search field at the top of the Job list to search for jobs by rego, vehicle details, customer name or job number. The search results will also include unassigned jobs and jobs assigned to other technicians.
🔍 Job Details Screen
🗺️ Job Details Screen Layout
When you open a job, you’ll see the Job Details screen. This screen is organised into several key areas:
Top Row (Swipeable Tiles):
Customer | Vehicle | Readings | Reminders
These appear as individual tiles along the top. You can swipe left or right to see more tiles if they don’t all fit on your screen.
For details on what you can do from each tile, see the Top Row – Swipeable Tiles section below.
Services Section:
Below the tiles, you’ll see the Services section
At the top of this section is a progress bar showing time clocked (e.g., “00:02 completed” ⏱️) and the scheduled duration (e.g., “01:30”).
Each service is shown as a tile with its name, allocated duration, and a “>” icon as a visual cue that you can tap anywhere on the tile to open the service details.

Clock On/Off Bar:
Bottom Navigation Bar (Job Details Screen):
The navigation bar at the bottom of the screen changes when viewing a job. It includes:
< Jobs: Return to the job list.
Job: View the main details of the current job.
Notes: View internal job notes.
Photos: View and manage job photos.
History: View the service history for the current vehicle.
🏷️ Job Tags
Job tags assigned to a job are displayed at the top of the job details screen and in the job list.
If there are more tags than can be displayed, a summary tag (e.g., “3 tags”) appears —tap to view all tags in a popup.
📝Note: While some tags are added automatically (e.g., “Waiting Parts” as outlined in the Time clocking section below) you cannot manually job tags to jobs in the Mobile app.
🕗 Drop Off & Pickup Times
If a job has scheduled drop-off and pickup times, these are displayed at the top of the job details screen, just below the job status.
🟦 Top Row – Swipeable Tiles
👤 Customer Tile
Tap the Customer tile to view or edit customer details, including:
Name, phone number, mobile number, email address, physical address, and any notes.
At the top of the Customer Details screen, use the quick action icons to:
🚙 Vehicle Tile
Tap the Vehicle tile to view or edit vehicle details, including:
Make, model, registration, VIN, and any vehicle notes.
📊 Readings Tile
Tap the Readings tile to view or edit readings such as:
Odometer, hours, hubo, or other custom readings.
Enter new readings as required for the job.
🔔 Reminders Tile
Tap the Reminders tile to view, add, or update Service, WoF, or Custom reminders for the vehicle.
The tile shows a numbered icon for the count of current reminders.
Tap to open the Reminders screen, where you can:
View all current reminders (Service, WoF, Custom)
Tap Add Reminder to create a new one
Select the reminder type, enter a label (for custom), choose a date (or use preset 6, 12 or 24 month buttons), and add notes if needed
Tap Save to add the reminder
🛠️ Services Section
All services for the job are listed below the swipeable tiles.
The progress bar at the top shows time clocked and scheduled duration.
Each service displays its name and allocated time
Service Details:
Tap a service to view its details, including:
Service name & estimated duration
YouTube Shortcut: Swipe left on the Section/Service name to show a YouTube icon. Tap to open YouTube with details from the vehicle (make, model, year, etc.) and the name of the service, to help quickly find relevant demonstrative videos.
Parts:
Tap a part line to edit the part details.
Swipe right on a part line to delete it from the service.
Tap Add Part to add a new part.
Enter part details manually, or
Tap the Search icon beside the Part No field to search your inventory by part number, or
Click Scan Barcode which will open your mobile devices camera, you can then scan the barcode and if it matches the barcode of a part in your inventory, its description etc. will appear.
⏱️ Clock On/Off Bar
Below the services section, you’ll find the blue bar for clocking on/off jobs.
Click "Clock On" to clock into the current job.
Clocking On to a job will set the status of the job to In Progress
Once clocked in, the time clocking bar turns blue and displays a timer with the duration clocked into the current job
Tap the pause icon to pause or clock off this job and select from the following options:
Job In Progress – The default clock-off reason. This will keep the status of the Job as “In Progress” but pause the timer, you can click Clock at the bottom of the mobile app and see this paused job, and click the play/time icon to resume the timer.
Waiting For Parts – Selecting this option will apply a “Waiting for Parts” tag to the job.
Approval Required – Selecting this option will apply an “Approval Required” tag to the job.
Job Completed – Selecting this option will change the status of the job to Completed.
📝 Notes for Time Clocking:
You can clock into a job or a specific section of a job.
You must stop or pause your current job to clock into another.
Clocking into a specific section ensures the labour charge is assigned correctly.
You cannot clock-in to an invoiced job.
Multiple technicians can clock in to the one job and they can also clock in to services within the job that are not specifically allocated to them.

Job Notes: Click "Notes" at the bottom to add internal notes.
💡Tip: Use the microphone for voice-to-text to save time and reduce spelling errors when adding Internal Notes.
🧭 Bottom Navigation Bar (Job Details Screen)
The bottom navigation bar gives you quick access to key job features while viewing a job:
◀️ < Jobs
Return to your job list at any time by tapping this icon.
📝 Job
Jump back to the main job details screen (the one you’re currently viewing).
🗒️ Notes
Tap Notes to view or add internal job notes for this job.
Internal notes are only visible to your team and are never shared with the customer.
You can type notes or use your device’s microphone for voice-to-text dictation (just tap the mic icon on your keyboard to speak your note—super handy when you’re on the go!).
Notes are saved automatically and can be updated at any time.
📸 Photos
Tap Photos to view, add, or manage photos for this job.
Add photos from your device’s camera or photo library.
View photos added from the web app or mobile app.
Tap a photo thumbnail to preview it, view/add internal notes, or open it full screen.
Notes on images are for internal use only and are not shared with customers.
Photos added in the mobile app are also available in the web app, and vice versa.

📜 History
Tap History to view the full service history for the current vehicle. E.g.:
The History screen displays all previous jobs for the vehicle, including job date, status, and summary.
Tap a job in the history list to expand and view more details, including:
🛠️ Services completed
🧩 Parts used
🔧 Outwork performed
🗒️ Internal job notes
📊 Readings (such as odometer, hours, hubo) recorded on the job
⏱️ Labour postings for each service (where available)
This is super useful for quickly referencing past work, checking what was done previously, or confirming recurring issues.
⏲️ Clock (Time Clocking)
By clicking into the Clock button (shown in the bottom navigation bar when not viewing the Job Details screen), you can view all paused and in-progress jobs, resume them, or clock off.
Clocking Into Non-Jobs
If you're not currently logged into a job you can click the "Start Non Job" button and choose from any of the following 'non-job' tasks to clock into:
Admin
Break
Cleaning
Collections
General
Lunch
🚫 Limitations of the Mobile App
Cannot add jobs and customers
These functions will need to be completed in Auxo Workshop using a web browser on your on your PC, laptop, or tablet.
