Top Menu
The top menu gives you quick access to essential actions:
New Booking – Create a new job instantly.
Notification Bell – Where you’ll find notifications such as new Online Bookings and SMS message replies from customers.
Your Name Dropdown – Log out of Auxo Workshop.
Side Menu
On the left-hand side of Auxo Workshop is the Side Menu, where you can navigate to all areas of Auxo Workshop.
Expand or Collapse The Side Menu
The Side Menu can be expanded to show full details with submenu items shown in dropdowns (as shown in the screenshot above) or collapsed into a thinner menu, where submenu items show in a list that pops out to the side. Expand and collapse the Side Menu using the arrow icon beside your company name at the top of the Side Menu.
Auxo Workshop will default to the collapsed side menu on some devices, depending on screen size and resolution.
Detailed List of all Side Menu Options
Here's a rundown of the options available (links in each description will take you to help articles specific to the feature).
Auxo Logo: Clicking this logo will return you to the Dashboard.
Workshop Name: Displays your workshop name, confirming the details of the workshop you're logged into. If you have access to multiple workshop subscriptions, click here to switch to another workshop.
Dashboard: Clicking here will take you to the Dashboard.
Calendar: Click here to expand the calendar list and navigate to either the Daily View, Weekly View, or Online Booking Scheduler.
Job Management: Click here to access submenu options for Workboard, Jobs (your job list), Invoices (the invoice list), and Reminders.
Contacts: Click here to access submenu options to get to your lists of Customers, Vehicles, or Suppliers.
Inventory: Click here to access submenu options for your Parts list or Purchase Orders.
Addons: Click here to access the addons screen where you can set up or activate addons such as SMS, Repco Navigator, Vehicle Data Checks, etc.
Settings: Click here to access submenu items to navigate to various setup screens such as your System Configuration, Communication (for communication template setup), Online Booking setup, and Workshop Subscription (to manage your subscription).
Support Messenger
Click the orange Messenger icon (bottom right), where you'll find:
Messages: Chat with Axel, our AI assistant, or connect with our support team.
News: Stay updated with the latest features and announcements
Help: Access our Knowledge Base for detailed guides.
Tickets: We'll turn your more complex questions into tickets, which you can view and update from the messenger.
💡 Tip for Multi Tasking:
Auxo Workshop runs in your web browser, so you can open multiple tabs to multi-task; for example, checking your calendar while working on a job. This is supported and can save time.
⚠️Just keep one important consideration in mind - avoid opening the same job, vehicle, or customer in more than one tab to avoid conflicting information in the same record and possible duplicate or incorrect updates.
✅ Best Practice: Use multiple tabs for different areas of the system, but keep each record (job, vehicle, customer) open in one tab only to ensure accurate syncing.
