Advanced Online Booking Customisations

Customise your booking page with banners, colours, logos and more (Elite Plan or above)

These customisations are exclusive to the Elite Plan, but for a limited time, Pro Plan users can also access them while we finalise the Elite feature set. If you're on the Pro Plan, feel free to explore these enhancements—but keep in mind that your booking page will revert to the standard layout and colours once access ends.


What You Can Customise

With Advanced Online Booking Customisations, you can:

  • 🎨 Change the colour scheme to match your brand

  • 🖼️ Add your workshop logo

  • 📣 Highlight services with banners, images, subtitles, and ribbons

  • 📊 Integrate Google Analytics to track customer behaviour


How to Access the Settings

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand menu

  2. Select Online Booking

Scroll to the bottom of the Online Booking setup page. You'll find three tabs:

  • Services

  • Layout Options

  • Advanced Settings


🛠️ Services Tab

To customise individual services:

  1. Click the edit (pen) icon next to the service you want to update

  2. In the Edit Service screen, you'll see two tabs:

Service Information Tab

  • Subtitle: Add a short description under the service name

  • Subtitle Colour: Choose a colour for the subtitle text

Additional Information Tab (only available with Advanced Customisations)

  • Headline Text: Displays at the top of the service card (e.g. “Most Popular”)

  • Headline Colour: Choose the font colour

  • Header Image: Upload an image to appear at the top of the card

  • Ribbon Text: Add a ribbon label (e.g. “Limited Offer”)

  • Ribbon Colour: Choose the ribbon colour


🎨 Layout Options Tab

Customise the overall look of your booking page:

  • Theme Colours

    • Primary Colour: Used for buttons and key actions

    • Secondary Colour: Used for highlights, borders, and banners

  • Name Display

    • Choose between Workshop Name (text) or Workshop Logo

    • These are pulled from your System Configuration—update them there if needed


⚙️ Advanced Settings Tab

  • Enable Google Analytics: Toggle this on to activate tracking

  • Google Tag ID: Enter your Google Analytics Tag ID (mandatory field when Google Analytics is enabled).


✅ Saving Your Changes

Once you've made your updates:

  • Click Save & Update to apply changes

  • Or click Cancel to discard them

💡 Tip: You can enter hexadecimal colour codes for precise branding—perfect if your marketing team has defined specific colours.
