Move your Auxo Workshop subscription between paying by card and paying through your Capricorn Trade Account, from the Billing menu in Settings.
This covers switching in both directions, and what to expect on your next invoice.
🪪 Before You Switch
Switching applies to your whole subscription, it isn't done separately for individual add-ons
Once a Capricorn membership number is saved against your account, you can't change it yourself, contact our team via the messenger or email if it needs correcting
Manage Subscription is only available once your subscription is billed by card. If you're billed via Capricorn, the Billing menu only shows Update Payment Method
💳 Switching from Card to Capricorn
Go to Settings, then Workshop Subscription
Open the Billing menu
Select Update Payment Method
Choose Pay with Capricorn instead of Pay with Card
Enter your Capricorn membership number
If this is the first time you're paying with Capricorn, you'll also be asked for:
Business Name: your registered business name
Email: an email for your business, checked against any email address Capricorn has on file for your account, not just one
Business Number: your business number if you have one recorded with Capricorn, in Australia this is your ABN. If you're a New Zealand business you may not have one on file, that's fine
Coupon Code: optional, apply a discount code here if you have one
📝 Note: You don't need every detail to match exactly, we check what you enter against whatever Capricorn has recorded for your account. Providing more information than Capricorn has on file won't cause a problem.
📝 Note: Next to Total on this screen, look for the ⓘ icon. Hovering over it explains that your first charge may be prorated, since you're likely partway through your billing cycle, and won't exceed the total shown.
Tick the terms and conditions box, then click Confirm
You'll see an "Updating Subscription" screen while we make the change, this can take up to around 15 seconds
Once you see the success screen, click Refresh to continue
🔙 Switching from Capricorn to Card
Go to Settings, then Workshop Subscription
Open the Billing menu
Select Update Payment Method
Choose Pay with Card instead of Pay with Capricorn, then click Next
Complete the card payment through the online checkout
You'll see an "Updating Subscription" screen, then a success screen, click Refresh to continue
Once you're set up to pay by card, the Billing menu will also show Manage Subscription.
📝 Note: Your Capricorn membership number stays saved on file even after you switch to card, it isn't removed.
