🧪 Starting a SmartCheck Pro Trial
SmartCheck Pro is available to try free on a trial basis, with no Auxo Workshop subscription required. The trial gives you full access to SmartCheck Pro so you can run inspections, explore the settings, and see how the workflow fits your workshop.
To start your trial:
Complete the trial sign-up form with your workshop details
You will receive a welcome email with a link to set your password
💡 Tip: If you do not receive the welcome email, check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at [email protected] and we will get it sorted.
🎁 Your Free Auxo Workshop Trial
When you sign up for a SmartCheck Pro trial, you also get free access to an Auxo Workshop trial at the same time.
This gives you the opportunity to explore how SmartCheck Pro and Auxo Workshop work together. When both systems are connected, you can create and track SmartCheck Pro inspections directly from within a job in Auxo Workshop, without switching between systems.
Your Auxo Workshop trial is available at workshop.auxosoftware.com and uses the same login details as SmartCheck Pro.

💳 Subscribing to SmartCheck Pro Standalone
When you are ready to subscribe, click the Buy Now banner at the top of the screen inside SmartCheck Pro.
📝 Note: The Buy Now banner also appears inside your Auxo Workshop trial, but clicking it there will present Auxo Workshop subscription plans instead. If you want to subscribe to SmartCheck Pro Standalone only, always use the Buy Now banner inside SmartCheck Pro.

🛒 Completing the SmartCheck Pro Subscription
Once you click Buy Now:
Review the SmartCheck Pro Standalone plan details and click Upgrade to proceed:
This will open the Checkout
Review your order summary and click Proceed To Checkout
Enter your payment details, including card number, expiry, and CVV, then click Save card and proceed
On the Complete your order screen, review your billing and payment details, tick the I agree to Auxo Workshop Terms and Privacy Policy checkbox, then click Pay & Complete Order
⚠️ Important: The Pay & Complete Order button remains greyed out until the checkbox is ticked. Make sure to tick this before trying to complete your order.
Once you complete your order, you will see an Upgrading Subscription screen. This may take a moment to process, so please wait on this screen until it completes:
Once payment is processed, you will see a Payment Successful confirmation. Click Refresh to continue to return to SmartCheck Pro with your subscription active:
📖 If you have not yet completed your initial setup, head to Getting Started with SmartCheck Pro to configure your organisation and add your staff.
❌ Cancelling Your SmartCheck Pro Account
To cancel your SmartCheck Pro account, email [email protected] with your cancellation request and we will take care of it from there.
📝 Note: Self-service cancellation will be available in SmartCheck Pro shortly. In the meantime, cancellations are handled via email.
