✅ What You See in Subscription Settings
The Subscription page shows your current usage:
Email – number of emails sent (not used for inspections)
Inspections – number of inspections available in your prepaid pack
SmartCheck Pro uses prepaid inspection packs. When your balance reaches zero, you must top up before starting new inspections.
🔍 Accessing Subscription Settings
Click Settings → Subscription in the left-hand menu.
You’ll see two tiles:
Email (for communication features)
Inspections (your inspection balance)
✅ How to Purchase Inspection Top-Ups
SmartCheck Pro inspections can be purchased from two locations, depending on where you prefer to manage your account. Both options update the same inspection balance and are available immediately after purchase.
Purchase inspection top‑ups from SmartCheck Pro
Open SmartCheck Pro.
Select Settings from the side menu.
Open Subscriptions
In the Inspections tile click Purchase:
Choose an inspection top‑up package then click Purchase:
This will open the Checkout
Follow the on‑screen steps to complete the purchase.
Once completed, your inspection balance updates automatically and is available immediately.
Purchase inspection top‑ups from Auxo Workshop
If you use SmartCheck Pro with Auxo Workshop, you can also purchase inspections directly from Auxo Workshop.
Open Auxo Workshop.
Select Add‑Ons from the side menu.
Locate the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile.
Click Purchase:
Choose an inspection top‑up package then click Purchase:
This will open the Checkout
Follow the on‑screen steps to complete the purchase.
Any inspections purchased this way are added to your SmartCheck Pro inspection balance automatically and are available immediately.
✅ Checking Your Balance
Your remaining inspections are shown on the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile.
In Auxo Workshop, this is found under Add‑Ons in the side menu.
In SmartCheck Pro, this is found under Settings → Subscription in the side menu.
Keeping an eye on your inspection balance helps avoid interruptions during busy periods.
