Check your balance and purchase inspection packs

✅ What You See in Subscription Settings

The Subscription page shows your current usage:

  • Email – number of emails sent (not used for inspections)

  • Inspections – number of inspections available in your prepaid pack

SmartCheck Pro uses prepaid inspection packs. When your balance reaches zero, you must top up before starting new inspections.


🔍 Accessing Subscription Settings

Click Settings → Subscription in the left-hand menu.
You’ll see two tiles:

  • Email (for communication features)

  • Inspections (your inspection balance)


✅ How to Purchase Inspection Top-Ups

  • Click Purchase on the Inspections tile

  • Follow the on-screen prompts:

    • Choose your top-up amount

    • Complete the online checkout

  • Payment is by credit card only

  • Once processed, your balance updates immediately

There is no grace period when your balance reaches zero—top up before starting new inspections.


✅ Checking Your Balance

Your remaining inspections are shown on the Inspections tile.
Keep an eye on this to avoid interruptions during busy periods.

  • SmartCheck Pro uses prepaid packs only

  • Top up before your balance runs out

  • Packs are applied instantly after purchase
