SmartCheck Pro brings vehicle inspections into your Auxo Workshop workflow. Once activated, inspections can be started directly from a job, passing vehicle and job details across automatically and keeping everything linked in one place.
✅ Before you start
Access level: You'll need the Workshop Owner role in Auxo Workshop to activate add-ons.
Subscription plan: SmartCheck Pro is available on the Auxo Workshop Pro plan and above. It is not available on the Essentials plan.
Availability: SmartCheck Pro is currently available to New Zealand customers only, as the product is built around New Zealand's Warrant of Fitness (WOF) inspection process.
➕ Activate SmartCheck Pro
To activate SmartCheck Pro:
Open Auxo Workshop.
Select Add‑Ons from the side menu.
Find the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile.
Click Activate
This opens a checkout screen to complete activation of the SmartCheck Pro add‑on. Follow the on‑screen steps to finish the process. No additional setup is required at this point.
Once activation is successful, a brief confirmation message appears in the top‑right of the screen and SmartCheck Pro is enabled on your account.
📊 After activation
After SmartCheck Pro is enabled, the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile updates automatically to show:
Status: Active
Inspection balance: The amount of inspection credits currently available
Actions: Options to open SmartCheck Pro (eWOF) or purchase additional inspections:
All Auxo Workshop users with the Workshop Owner role are automatically assigned the SmartCheck Pro Admin role upon activation.
The inspection balance updates automatically as inspections are completed.

With SmartCheck Pro active, you can:
Create inspections directly from jobs in Auxo Workshop
Open and manage inspections directly in SmartCheck Pro on any phone, tablet, or desktop browser
View inspection progress and results linked back to jobs

📦 Inspection limits and top‑ups
A limited amount of inspection credits are included when SmartCheck Pro is first activated.
When additional inspection credits are required, they can be purchased at any time from:

The Subscriptions section in SmartCheck Pro
