🧪 Beta Release: SmartCheck Pro is currently in beta testing and is only available to selected customers included in the beta. Functionality may change as we gather feedback before full release.
SmartCheck Pro can be enabled as an add‑on for existing Auxo Workshop customers. Once activated, you can start creating inspections from jobs in Auxo Workshop or manage inspections directly in SmartCheck Pro.
✅ Before you start
Access level: You’ll need admin permissions in Auxo Workshop to activate add‑ons.
Existing account: This guide applies to customers already using Auxo Workshop.
➕ Activate SmartCheck Pro
To activate SmartCheck Pro:
Open Auxo Workshop.
Select Add‑Ons from the side menu.
Find the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile.
Click Activate
This opens a checkout screen to complete activation of the SmartCheck Pro add‑on. Follow the on‑screen steps to finish the process. No additional setup is required at this point.
Once activation is successful, a brief confirmation message appears in the top‑right of the screen and SmartCheck Pro is enabled on your account.
📊 After activation
After SmartCheck Pro is enabled, the SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile updates automatically to show:
Status: Active
Inspection balance: The number of inspections currently available
Actions: Options to open SmartCheck Pro (eWOF) or purchase additional inspections:
The inspection balance updates automatically as inspections are completed.

With SmartCheck Pro active, you can:
Create inspections directly from jobs in Auxo Workshop
Open and manage inspections in SmartCheck Pro
View inspection progress and results linked back to jobs

📦 Inspection limits and top‑ups
A limited number of inspections are included when SmartCheck Pro is first activated.
When additional inspections are required, they can be purchased at any time from:
The SmartCheck Pro (Inspections) tile in Auxo Workshop, or
The Subscriptions section in SmartCheck Pro
