SmartCheck Pro runs in a web browser, so there is no app to install. It can be opened from a browser on any device - phone, tablet, or desktop computer.
Opening SmartCheck Pro in a browser
SmartCheck Pro is accessed at smartcheckpro.com. Enter this address into any browser on your device to log in.
Staff log in using the credentials set up when they were added as a SmartCheck Pro user. If a staff member has not yet been added, see SmartCheck Pro - Managing Staff.
⚠️ Important: If a staff member sees an "Oops! Organisation no longer exists or you do not have permission to access" message when logging in, their SmartCheck Pro role has not been set up correctly. An admin can resolve this in Settings → Staff in SmartCheck Pro. Select Logout on that screen to return to the login page.
Opening SmartCheck Pro from within Auxo Workshop
If you use SmartCheck Pro alongside Auxo Workshop, inspections can be started and reviewed directly from a job. SmartCheck Pro opens in a new browser tab from within the job screen.

Adding SmartCheck Pro to your home screen
For technicians using a phone or tablet, adding SmartCheck Pro to the home screen means it can be opened with a single tap - just like a native app. This is the recommended approach for any device dedicated to running inspections.
💡Tip: Adding smartcheckpro.com to your home screen takes less than a minute and means inspectors can open it instantly without typing in the address each time.

Open smartcheckpro.com in Safari
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (the box with an arrow pointing up)
Tap Add to Home Screen
Edit the name if desired, then tap Add
📝Note: This only works in Safari on iPhone. If you are using Chrome or another browser, switch to Safari first.
🤖 On Android (Chrome)
Open smartcheckpro.com in Chrome
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Tap Add to Home screen
Confirm the name and tap Add
Once added, SmartCheck Pro can be opened directly from the home screen without needing to open a browser or type in the address each time.
