Giving discounts to customers on the entire invoice is really easy in Auxo.
Discount an Individual Line / Posting
To discount individual lines on an invoice you can simply edit the discount % field for that line on the job/invoice.
Discount the Entire Job / Invoice (Global Discount)
You can also apply a discount to the entire amount of the invoice when a job is completed as follows:
Open the job you wish to discount
Go to the bottom right of the Job screen
Click the little arrow next to Amount Due at the bottom right to expand the view
Click the Discount button to open the Discount screen
You can change between % or $ amount by clicking the dropdown arrow:
Editing or Removing Global Discounts
You can use the edit and delete icons next to the discount value to make changes or remove the discount:
