Users / Staff - How to remove a user's access to Auxo Workshop

Read here if you need to disable/remove a staff member's access to Auxo Workshop.

In the Staff List, any role other than No Access allows users to log in to Auxo Workshop.

To disable a staff member's access (e.g., if granted by mistake or they’ve left the team), set their role to No Access.

If the staff member is a Technician, you might also want to:

  • Edit their details in the Staff Setup screen.

  • Turn off the "Can be allocated to jobs" toggle.

⚠️Important Note: Setting a user as a Technician makes them appear in the diary/calendar for job allocation. Disabling this setting will:

  • Remove them from the diary/calendar.

  • Remove them from the list of technicians available for job allocation.

  • Remove their name from any prior jobs they've been allocated to.
