How to control security and user access using User Roles in Auxo Workshop

We've simplified the approach to controlling the level of access your staff have to Auxo Workshop by categorising sets of access/restriction into 'User Roles'. When you create a new user in Auxo Workshop you assign a User Role to the user, and their access is restricted accordingly.

Roles

Currently, Auxo has four security roles that determine what a user can access within the system:

  • Workshop Owner: Full access to the system, including setup and configuration settings

  • Workshop Admin: Has restricted access to configuration

  • Limited Access: Has restricted access to financial information

  • No Access: Cannot log in to the system

No Access Role

User cannot log into the system. This role is primarily used for technicians you will allocate jobs to, but will not have their own login to the system.
