We've simplified the approach to controlling the level of access your staff have to Auxo Workshop by categorising sets of access/restriction into 'User Roles'. When you create a new user in Auxo Workshop you assign a User Role to the user, and their access is restricted accordingly.
Roles
Currently, Auxo has four security roles that determine what a user can access within the system:
Workshop Owner: Full access to the system, including setup and configuration settings and all features available to any other role
Workshop Admin: Has restricted access to configuration
Limited Access: Has restricted access to financial information
No Access: Cannot log in to the system

π Note: The Technician option is a separate designation that can be enabled on any user account regardless of role. If enabled, that user will appear as a technician in the Calendar and can have jobs allocated to them.
Workshop Owner Role
Full access to all features in the system, including everything available to the Workshop Admin and Limited Access roles, plus setup / configuration and subscription management features.

No Access Role
User cannot log into the system. This role is primarily used for technicians you will allocate jobs to, but will not have their own login to the system.
