Find and View Invoices

How to find and view invoices (invoiced jobs) in Auxo Workshop

Updated this week

🔍 Finding Invoices

  • Quick Search: Use the Quick Search feature in Auxo Workshop.

  • Job Management: Go to "Job Management" and select "Invoices" from the side menu.

👀 Viewing Invoices

  • Invoice List: Click the invoice number in the invoice list to view it in the Invoice View layout. This layout shows how the printed or emailed invoice will appear to the customer.

    • At the bottom, click Cancel to close the invoice view or Print to print it.

  • Opening a Job: Whether you click the job number in the invoice list or open a job that has already been invoiced from anywhere in Auxo Workshop (e.g., the diary, the workboard, the job list):

    • Click the Job View button to view the invoice in a Job View format (similar to the job maintenance screen).

    • Click the Invoice View option to view the invoice in a format that reflects how the printed or emailed invoice will appear to the customer.

    • In the both views, click the Invoice button at the bottom of the screen and choose the option to either Email or Print the invoice.

🖨️ Tip: Skip the extra print screen in Chrome

If you find it annoying having to click Print again every time something prints, there is an advanced Chrome option called Kiosk Printing that you may want to try on a dedicated computer.

This option can make Chrome send prints straight to the default printer instead of showing the extra print screen.

Quick setup (Windows)

  • Create a separate Chrome shortcut (for example, one used at the front counter)

  • Right‑click the shortcut and choose Properties

  • In the Target field, add this to the end (after a space):

    --kiosk-printing

  • Click OK

  • Open Chrome using this shortcut

Good to know

  • This is a Chrome setting, not an Auxo Workshop feature

  • Chrome will always print to the default printer

  • This works best on computers where the printer does not change

  • Because this is an advanced browser option, results can vary depending on your computer and printer

For most workshops, the normal printing process is recommended. This tip is shared as an optional idea for speeding up printing
