🖨️ Printing Job Cards

How to print job cards from a job, the Job List, or the Workboard in Auxo Workshop

💡 Overview

Job cards can be printed from several places in Auxo Workshop.
The option you see depends on your plan and where you’re working in the system.

This article covers:

  • Printing from an individual job (Pro vs Essentials)

  • Printing multiple job cards from the Job List

  • Printing job cards from the Workboard using bulk actions

📝 Note: In Auxo Workshop, the term "job card" can refer to two different things depending on context:

  • The printed or emailed job card — the document you hand to a technician or keep as a paper record. This is what this article covers.

  • The job itself — the digital record in Auxo Workshop where you manage services, parts, labour, and invoicing. If you're looking to make changes to a job, see Adding and Editing Bookings & Jobs.
