To cancel an existing Job or Booking in Auxo Workshop:
Find the Job in your Job List, Workboard or Daily/Weekly Calendar
Open the Job to open it
When viewing the Maintain Job screen, click the More Actions button (located on the right, below the Readings section and above Services):
Select Cancel Booking
Cancelling a Job linked to Purchase Orders
If you have orders linked to the Job, you will be prompted with a Cancellation Confirmation stating: "This Job Contains Purchase Orders" with the following suggestions:
Delete line item(s) to create credit note for finalised purchase order line items
Cancel purchase orders that have not been received
Click the Manage Purchase Orders button on this notification, to view the related Purchase Orders.
If the Purchase Orders have been received, you should return to the job and remove the ordered parts from the Job, doing so you will be prompted to choose between creating a Credit Note for the respective parts, or to return the products to stock (which will in turn increase your 'Stock on Hand' quantities for these parts.
If the Purchase Orders have not been received, you can cancel the purchase order(s)
