Module 1: Initial Setup & Configuration

Set up your workshop: company details, staff and roles, hours, parts categories, Pricing Matrix, invoice layout, communication templates, and subscription settings.

Module 2: Using Auxo Workshop

Everything you use day to day: create estimates, convert to jobs, raise and manage orders, use the diary and bookings, navigate screens confidently, apply Pricing Matrix in real jobs, split invoices (e.g. insurance work), manage parts and stock (orders, receipts, adjustments, credit notes), check service and communication history, set reminder dates, and handle recurring work.

Module 3: The Auxo Workshop Mobile App

Learn how technicians use the mobile app for tracking and updating jobs, time clocking, adding photos and reviewing vehicle service histories.
