Filters can be used individually or in combination. The report refreshes automatically as filters are applied.
📅 As of Date
The As of Date filter controls the date the stock position is calculated for.
Available options:
Today: Shows stock based on the current system date
Custom: Allows selection of a specific historical date
This is useful when reviewing stock at month‑end or reconciling against accounting balances for a prior period.
Note: As of dates cannot be set earlier than February 2026, as this is when the required data foundation for these reports was established.
📦 Quantity on Hand
The Quantity on Hand filter controls which stock positions are included.
Available options:
Positive stock: Parts with a quantity greater than zero
Negative stock: Parts with a quantity below zero
Zero stock: Parts with no stock on hand
Multiple options can be selected at the same time.
This filter is commonly used to identify negative stock or review obsolete items.

Small differences between this report and accounting balances are normal
Filters significantly affect totals, especially Quantity on Hand
For accounting reconciliation workflows, this report is typically used alongside other inventory and WIP reports.
