Thinking about cancelling your subscription?

We’d love to hear from you first! Please reach out to us so we can understand your reasons and see if there’s any way we can assist you.


⚠️Important Information

Before cancelling please note the following important points:

  • When cancelling, your subscription will remain active until the next billing period. This ensures you retain access to the system until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

  • Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to your system or data. Please consider this carefully and only cancel when you no longer require access to this data (for example, after you have printed all reports and copied or exported all necessary information).

  • You may wish to disconnect your Xero account from Auxo Workshop - see instructions here

  • You may wish to deactivate your Online Booking integration - see instructions here

However, if you still need to cancel your Auxo Workshop subscription, you have two options, cancelling by email or by using the self serve portal, as outlined below.


Cancelling using the Self-Serve Portal

  • To open the self-serve portal, go to Settings > Workshop Subscription

  • Click in to the Subscription details box at the top (1) where your plan and pricing is displayed:

  • Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page displayed

  • Enter your cancellation reason and confirm

  • Once confirmed you will see the screen below confirming when your subscription will be cancelled (this date will be the end of the current billing period for which you have already paid):


Cancelling by Email

Send a cancellation request to [email protected]. We aim process your request within 7 days.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from us for this cancellation request, please contact us as your email may not have been received, and your subscription may not be cancelled.
