Workshop Subscription Page Overview

You will find the Workshop Subscription page, under Settings in the side menu:

This page will show you your next invoice due date, your available user licenses (active users), Add-ons and the total value of your next invoice:

Self Serve Portal

Clicking the Manage Subscription button on this screen will open the Self-Serve portal, where you can find the following:

Subscription Details

In the white box at the top (1) of the portal will display your current plan and addons, and current pricing (note - this may include discounts that run for a limited time).

  • Clicking this box will take you to the subscription details page shown below, where you can find more details of your subscription, add/edit payment methods and cancel the subscription

Account Information

Clicking in here will display your accounts details entered when you signed up for Auxo Workshop - if any of these details require updating please contact [email protected] so we can update our records.

Billing & Shipping Addresses

You can view and update your businesses billing address by clicking into this field.

Payment Methods - Add/Update Card Details

Here you can update your card details, add new cards and select which card is your primary card that your subscription will be charged to by default. You can add backup cards that will be used if there is a failed payment attempt made to your primary card fails.

⚠️Important Note - you cannot remove your current primary payment method/card without first adding a new credit card and setting it as your primary card.
