The Dashboard is the first screen you'll see when you log in to Auxo Workshop. It's packed with widgets that give you a snapshot of your workshop's current status and performance benchmarks.
You can always navigate back to the dashboard by clicking the Dashboard option in the side-menu.
Most widgets are interactive, so you can click on them to adjust your targets. These targets will then show as either Higher than Goal or Lower than Goal on the dashboard.
Here's a quick rundown of the widgets you'll find:
Capacity Next Week: Shows the percentage of your availability for the next week. This helps you see how well you're keeping your calendar full.
Vehicle Reminders: Displays the number of follow-up reminders that need to be sent.
Waiting for Parts: Indicates how many jobs are currently waiting for parts.
Ready for Invoice: Shows the number of jobs that are ready to be invoiced.
Booking Reminders: Lists the booking reminders that need to be sent.
Bookings Not Arrived: Tracks bookings due today that haven't arrived yet (based on booking status).
Hours Charged: Displays the total hours charged so far this month.
Total Sales: Shows your total sales for the current month.
Average Sales: Calculates the average sale amount for the current month.
