Basic Steps

📅 Send Vehicle Reminders

  • Send reminders for vehicles due for service 2 weeks from now to keep customers informed and encourage bookings.

🔄 Follow Up on No-Show Reminders

  • Review reminders sent for vehicles that didn’t result in a booking.

    • If the reminder was sent for next week, send a second reminder to prompt the customer.

    • If the reminder was sent for this week and still no job was booked, call the customer directly to follow up.
