Personalised Invoices

Customise the look and feel of your invoices in Auxo Workshop

⚠️BETA FEATURE ONLY: This feature is currently in beta testing, with limited access to a few select early customers. This feature will be publically released very soon.

You can personalise your invoices in Auxo Workshop to reflect your brand and display only the information you want your customers to see. Here's how to do it:


🛠 Accessing Invoice Settings

  1. Go to Settings from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select System Configuration.

  3. Click the Invoice Settings tab.

You’ll see a split view:

  • Left side: All your customisation options.

  • Right side: A live preview of your invoice.


🧱 Layout Settings

Click the Layout tab to customise images and layout.

Images

You can upload JPG or PNG images under 2MB.

There are three image types you can customise:

  • Header (Recommended: 1200 x 100 pixels)

  • Logo

  • Footer (Recommended: 1200 x 100 pixels)

Each image type includes:

  • A Show/Hide toggle (enabled by default when an image is uploaded)

  • An image tile that displays the uploaded image or a grey box with + Upload Image

  • Click the tile to upload an image from your device

  • Hover over the image to access options to Remove or Change Image

Terms and Conditions

  • Use the Show toggle to show or hide the entire Terms and Conditions section.

  • Toggle Show Disclaimer Text to add a custom disclaimer (up to 1000 characters).

  • Toggle Show Bank Account and Show Bank Account Name to display these details (taken from the respective fields on the System Configuration > Workshop Details tab).


📊 Data Settings

Click the Data tab to control what information appears on your invoices. Every option in this section is a toggle that lets you choose whether to show or hide specific fields.

You can also drag and drop fields to reorder how they appear.

Fields are grouped into three categories:

Workshop & Invoice

Each field has:

  • A toggle to show or hide the field

  • Position options to choose where the field appears in the header section of the invoice:

    • Left

    • Right

    • Top (only available for Phone Number, Email Address, and Address)

Available fields:

  • Show Workshop Name

  • Show Invoice Date (required)

  • Show Invoice Number (required)

  • Show Order Number

  • Show Phone Number

  • Show Email Address

  • Show Address

  • Show Business Number

  • Show GST Number

Customer

Toggle options include:

  • Show Contact Name (required)

  • Show Address

  • Show Contact Number

  • Show Order Number

Vehicle

Toggle options include:

  • Show Registration

  • Show Vehicle Description

  • Show Readings


✏️ Text Settings

Click the Text tab to:

  • Enter a custom label for Labour (e.g., “Technician Fee”).

  • Tick Show Labour Quantity and Unit Price to display detailed labour pricing, or leave it unticked to show only the total.


💾 Save or Reset

At the bottom of the screen, you’ll find the following buttons:

  • Reset to Default – Revert all changes

  • Cancel – Discard changes

  • Save – Apply your changes
