The System Configuration screen is where you configure the majority of system settings to customise the setup of Auxo workshop to your business.
Here you configure the Company Details, Business Hours, target margin, payment methods and more.
To access the System Configuration screen, go to Setup in the Side Menu and select System Configuration:
See below for a breakdown of each section of the System Configuration screen.
Workshop Details
The Workshop Details section is where you set up and edit the following:
Workshop Name: your business name
Trading Name
Business Address and Contact Details
Bank Account Number - which will display on the bottom of invoices
GST Number / ABN Number (for Australian businesses) - this number will display on your invoices
Terms of Payment: the default payment terms provided to your customers
NZBN: New Zealand Business Number (NZ businesses only)
Workshop Hours
This section includes tickboxes to indicate your business operating days and start/end times. These hours, along with technician work hours, help calculate capacity and availability for the Online Booking feature.
Non Working Hours
Use this section to specify days when your business will be closed, such as public holidays, Christmas closures, or site works.
Email Settings
Set up your business email address here, which the system will use for sending emails. You can also add CC and/or BCC email addresses to automatically receive copies of each email sent from Auxo Workshop.
Workshop Logo
Add your logo to Auxo Workshop here, this will display on your invoices. Ensure images are no larger than 550x163 pixels, under 2MB, and in JPG or PNG format.
Number Settings
Define the starting number for Jobs or Invoices created by Auxo Workshop. This is helpful if you want to continue the numbering sequence from a previous system.
Invoice Display Option
Here you set up the following:
Pricing Format - choose between GST Exclusive or GST Inclusive to determine if the prices you are inputting into jobs are GST inclusive or exclusive prices
Default Labour Description: Enter a description for all labour postings on jobs/invoices, such as “Labour” or “Technician Fee”. Use the checkbox to show or hide the quantity and unit price of labour lines on customer invoices.
Methods of Payment
Set up the payment types accepted by your business. You can enable or disable the default payment types using toggles or add your own.
Job Margin
Here is where you set up or define your target margin for profitability management. Auxo Workshop uses this setting to provide contextual information and warnings in the Job Maintenance screen, helping you reach your target margin percentage on each job.
