The Labour Rates feature in Auxo Workshop allows you to set up specific charge-out rates for labour, such as Trade and Retail pricing.
How to Configure Labour Rates
In the left side-menu go to Settings and select System Configuration
In System Configuration screen, you will find the Labour Rates listing at the bottom
The Labour Rates list will display any existing Labour Rates you may have configured
You click the rubbish bin icon beside labour rate to delete a labour rate, or use the pencil icon to edit a labour rate
How to Add a New Labour Rate
Click the New Labour Rate button shown in the Labour Rate listing
Enter a unique Labour Code (uppercase)
Provide a description
Enter the GST Exclusive or Inclusive Price (and the system will automatically recalculate the other GST price basis respectively).
Click Save to finish adding this new labour rate.
Using Labour Rates on a Job
When adding a Labour line to a job, you can now type into the Code field to search existing labour rates. The search is based on description, code or prices for labour rates:
