If you're new to Auxo Workshop and have been assigned the User Role of "Limited Access", this article will help you get started.
This role is provided access to specific features in Auxo focused on tracking and managing jobs coming through the workshop. Typically this role is assigned to a Technician (someone who can be assigned to Jobs) but not requiring the high access levels of a Workshop Owner or Administrator.

What's in the Top Menu
On the top-right of the screen, there is a New Booking button and the Notifications bell.
To log out of Auxo Workshop click the dropdown next to your name and select Logout

Navigating the Side Menu
The Basic User role has a limited set of features that can be accessed in the Side Menu, as outlined below:
Calendar
In the Calendar menu you can select between Daily and Weekly views, read more here: [Auxo Workshop] Calendar
Job Management
Workboard
When you first log in, the first thing you see will be the Workboard, here you can see all Jobs organised into columns based on their Status.
You can Search for specific jobs or use Filter to filter the jobs that have been tagged.
Your role will allow you to drag-n-drop jobs between specific Status columns from Booked to Completed; ready for front office to invoice the work.
You can click the Allocate Technician button on each job to allocate the job to a specific technician:
If the job has already been assigned to a tech, their initials will show - and you can click their initials to change the tech.
Jobs
On the Job List, you can search, order and filter all jobs. You can select multiple jobs on this screen and print job cards individually or in bulk!
Click on the job numbers on this screen to open the specific job.

Contacts
Customers
As a basic user you cannot create new customers but you can view details of existing customers.
Vehicles
On the Vehicle List, you can drill into a vehicle to view and edit vehicle details, view service history.

On the vehicle details screen you will also be able to edit Reminder details against a vehicle:
