Quotes & Estimates

While Quotes/Estimates are on our roadmap for future development, we have a few simple workarounds you can use in the meantime:

Option 1: Email Quote/Estimate from Your Email Account

  1. Create a New Job and add a tag “Quote”.

    • This allows you to filter your job list by the “Quote” tag to see all your quotes.

  2. Add an Internal Note explaining it is currently in the Quote stage. You can edit this if the customer decides to proceed.

  3. Add the Parts & Services you are quoting to the job.

  4. Preview the Invoice.

  5. Take a Screenshot of the preview and paste it into an email to your customer using your usual email system (e.g., Outlook, Gmail).

Option 2: Email Customer from Auxo Workshop

  4. Click the Customer’s Email Address in the job to create an email.

  5. Choose the Blank Template and type your message, including the parts/services and prices, then click Send

Option 3: Prepare Job for Quoting & Call the Customer

  1. Follow the same steps as Option 2 to prepare the Job

  2. Instead of emailing, you may wish to call the customer to provide the quote.

If the Customer Decides to Proceed

  1. Update the job in Auxo.

  2. Remove the “Quote” tag.

  3. Book the job for the appropriate date.
