Sending SMS Messages
You can send SMS messages to users in multiple ways from Auxo Workshop. Links provided within the bullet points below will take you to the specific KB article.
Most customer/job lists provide access to send a bulk SMS Communication Template to the selected customer(s) by ticking
Send individual SMS messages by clicking the mobile number link on Jobs, Customer/Supplier details etc
๐ Heads Up: To send an SMS message to your customer(s), they must have a mobile number in the "Mobile No" field in their customer details. (Not to state the obvious, but itโs an easy detail to miss!)
Receiving Replies
If a customer replies to your SMS messages you will receive a notification on the bell icon at the top right of Auxo Workshop.
Clicking the notification bell to see the customer's reply, and clicking View Message on this notification, will take you to the customer's full Communication History.
You can navigate directly to a customer's Communication History by finding and opening the customer's details in your Customer List
๐ก Handy Tip: You can edit your SMS Communication Templates to inform your customer's that they are able to reply directly to the SMS message.
