🔍 How to Check Your Current Plan
You can view your current plan in two places:
On your monthly subscription invoice
In the app:
Go to Settings
Select Workshop Subscription from the left side-menu
Your plan is shown in the Current Plan tile
⬆️ How to Upgrade Your Plan
To upgrade your plan:
Click Change Plan on the Current Plan tile
This will open the Checkout where you can complete your upgrade
Your new plan will take effect immediately after purchase.
⬇️ How to Downgrade to a Lower Tier
To downgrade your plan:
Contact our support team at [email protected]
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing term (on your next renewal)
You are required to provide at least 7 days’ notice before your renewal date
⚠️ If less than 7 days’ notice is given, the downgrade may apply to the following renewal period
