✅ How to use this reference
This guide lists every check available in SmartCheck Pro for Passenger Vehicle, Motorcycle, and Trailer inspections so inspectors (and Axel) have full context while working through a check sheet.
Vehicle Details is the same starting section for all inspection types.
Enter Registration, VIN (with validation), and Odometer.
You may see warnings if odometer entries are unusually high or a VIN mismatch is detected.
Each check supports Pass, Fail, Warning, or N/A.
Use comments and measurements where required (e.g., brake percentages, tyre tread depth).
Sections turn green when all items inside that section have been completed and passed.
Pass Remaining is available when you’ve verified remaining items and are ready to finalise.
In a Recheck, previously passed items can be updated if needed (they can fail on re-inspection).

In a Recheck, the system scopes you to failed items, but you can review any item within a section and update its result

When an inspection is Submitted and results are shown:
Click Print / Email (bottom right) to choose Print or Email
Print opens a preview with the full check sheet
Email opens the Send Email screen with dynamic placeholders; Include Checksheet is available
