Job List - Available Data Fields

List of the fields / columns available to be displayed in the Job Listing

As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Job List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off.

πŸ–₯️ Column Reference

Job

  • Job No. – Unique identifier for the job

  • Status – Current status of the job

  • Booking Date – The date the job is booked in

  • Job Notes – Notes entered on the job

  • Tags – Tags applied to the job

  • Printed – Whether the job card has been printed

  • Estimated Hours – Total estimated hours for the job

  • Services – The services included on the job. Where multiple services exist, they are displayed as a comma-separated list.

  • Technicians – The technician(s) assigned to the job. Where multiple technicians are assigned, they are displayed as a comma-separated list.

  • Odometer Reading – The odometer reading recorded on the job

  • Total Cost – The total cost of the job, including labour, parts, and outwork (Owner/Admin only)

  • Hours Charged – Total hours charged on the job (Owner/Admin only)

  • Hours Clocked – Total hours clocked by technicians on the job (Owner/Admin only)

  • Created By – The user who created the job (Owner/Admin only)

Customer

  • Customer Name – Name of the customer linked to the job

  • Mobile No. – Customer mobile number

  • Phone No. – Customer phone number

  • Email Address – Customer email address

  • Terms of Payment – Payment terms assigned to the customer

  • Billing Address – Customer billing address

  • Delivery Address – Customer delivery address

  • GST Rate – The GST/tax rate assigned to the customer. This field may be labelled differently depending on your region.

Vehicle

  • Registration – Vehicle registration number

  • Vehicle Description – Make, model, and year of the vehicle

  • Chassis No. – Vehicle chassis number

  • VIN No. – Vehicle identification number

  • Variant – Vehicle variant

  • Class Type – Vehicle class type

  • Colour – Vehicle colour

  • Transmission – Transmission type

  • Fuel Type – Fuel type

  • Year of Manufacture – Year the vehicle was manufactured

Invoice

  • Total Parts – Total parts amount on the job

  • Total Labour – Total labour amount on the job

  • Total Outwork – Total outwork amount on the job

  • Total Amount – Total invoiced amount

  • Outstanding Balance – Remaining unpaid balance

  • Paid – Amount paid against the job


πŸ“„ CSV Export Notes

When exporting the Job List to CSV, the following applies:

  • Vehicle Description is excluded. Make, Model, and Year are included as separate columns instead.

  • Odometer Reading exports as two separate columns: Odometer (the numeric value) and Odometer Unit (the unit of measurement, e.g. Kilometers).

  • Status – Filter by current job status: Booked, Arrived, In Progress, Completed, Invoiced, Collected, or Cancelled

  • Booking Date – Choose from Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 Days, Past 14 Days, or set a custom date range

  • Print – Filter by whether the job card has been printed: Printed or Not Printed

  • Vehicles – Refine by Year, Make, and/or Model

  • Tags – Search and select from your available job tags

More filters:

  • Estimated Hours – Enter minimum and/or maximum hours, or use the slider to set a range

  • Staff – Filter jobs by the technician(s) assigned. Search and select from your active staff list.

  • Terms of Payment – Select from a dropdown list

  • Customer Type – Business or Personal

  • GST Rate – Select from available GST rates

πŸ’‘ Tip: Filters can be saved and set as default for quicker access in future sessions.


πŸ–¨οΈ Printing Job Cards from the Job List

  • Select one or more jobs using the checkboxes.

  • Select Print to generate job cards for the selected jobs.
