Time Sheet List - Available Data Fields

List of the fields / columns available to be displayed in the Time Sheet List

As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Time Sheet List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off. Here is a reference of all available fields:

πŸ’‘ Tip: If certain fields don't appear for you, it may be due to limitations in your subscription plan or your user role.


πŸ–₯️ Column Reference

  • Date β€” The date the time entry was clocked

  • Start Time β€” The time clocking began

  • End Time β€” The time clocking ended

  • Staff β€” The staff member who clocked the time

  • Activity β€” The activity type associated with the time entry

  • Total Hours β€” The total hours clocked for the entry

  • Logged By β€” The user who logged this time entry

  • Updated By β€” The user who last updated this time entry

  • Contact Name β€” The customer associated with the job

  • Vehicle Description β€” The vehicle's year, make and model

  • Registration β€” The vehicle's registration plate

  • Notes β€” Any notes recorded against the time entry

πŸ“ Note: The four columns above (Contact Name, Vehicle Description, Registration, and Notes) are hidden by default. Use the Columns selector to turn them on. When exporting to CSV, Vehicle Description is split into separate Year, Make, and Model columns.


πŸ” Filters

  • Clock On Date β€” Choose from Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 15 Days, or set a custom date range

  • Staff β€” Select from your active staff members

  • Category β€” Filter by activity type: job-based time entries or non-job activities such as breaks and admin tasks

πŸ’‘ Tip: Filters can be saved and set as default for quicker access in future sessions.
