Reminder List - Available Data Fields

List of the fields / columns available to be displayed in the Reminder List

As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Reminder List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off.

Here is a reference of all available fields:

Reminder

  • Reminder Type β€” The type of reminder (e.g. Service, WOF, Registration)

  • Reminder Label β€” The label assigned to the reminder

  • Due Date β€” The date the reminder is due

  • Status β€” Shows whether a reminder communication has been sent for this specific vehicle and due date. This value is set automatically by the system when a reminder is sent and cannot be changed manually.

    • Actioned: A reminder has been sent for this vehicle and due date

    • Not Actioned: No reminder has been sent yet

  • Reminder Notes β€” Notes entered on the reminder

  • Last Communication Date β€” The date the last communication was sent for this reminder

Job

  • Job Number β€” The job number linked to this reminder

Customer

  • Customer Name β€” Name of the customer linked to the reminder

  • Mobile No. β€” Customer mobile number

  • Phone No. β€” Customer phone number

  • Email Address β€” Customer email address

  • Delivery Address β€” Customer delivery address

  • Marketing Preference β€” The customer's marketing preference setting

Vehicle

  • Registration β€” Vehicle registration number

  • Vehicle Description β€” Make, model, and year of the vehicle

  • Chassis No. β€” Vehicle chassis number

  • VIN No. β€” Vehicle identification number

Primary filters

  • Due Date β€” Choose from Next 14 Days, Next 30 Days, Last 30 Days, or set a custom date range

  • Type β€” Select one or more reminder types (e.g. Service, WOF, Registration)

  • Status β€” Filter by Actioned or Not Actioned to show only reminders that have already been sent, or only those that haven't been sent yet. Note that this value is set automatically by the system and cannot be changed manually.

  • Active Job β€” Filter by Active or Not Active. When set to Not Active, reminders for vehicles that already have an open job are hidden. This is useful when sending service reminders, as an open job is likely already covering the work the reminder relates to.

More filters

  • Marketing Preferences β€” Filter by Accepts Marketing or No Marketing

πŸ’‘ Tip: Filters can be saved and set as default for quicker access in future sessions.
