Reminder List - Available Data Fields

Reminder Type — The type of reminder (e.g. Service, WOF, Registration)

Reminder Label — The label assigned to the reminder

Due Date — The date the reminder is due

Communication Status — Whether the reminder has been actioned or not

Reminder Notes — Notes entered on the reminder

Last Communication Date — The date the last communication was sent for this reminder

Job Number — The job number linked to this reminder

Customer Name — Name of the customer linked to the reminder

Mobile No. — Customer mobile number

Phone No. — Customer phone number

Email Address — Customer email address

Delivery Address — Customer delivery address

Marketing Preference — The customer's marketing preference setting

Registration — Vehicle registration number

Vehicle Description — Make, model, and year of the vehicle

Chassis No. — Vehicle chassis number

VIN No. — Vehicle identification number

Due Date — Choose from Next 14 Days, Next 30 Days, Last 30 Days, or set a custom date range

Type — Select one or more reminder types (e.g. Service, WOF, Registration)

Communication Status — Filter by Actioned or Not Actioned

Active Job — Filter by Active or Not Active to show only reminders where a job is currently open for that vehicle, or only those where no job is booked. Useful for excluding vehicles that already have a booking when sending service reminders.

Marketing Preferences — Filter by Accepts Marketing or No Marketing
