As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Customer List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off.
Here is a reference of all available fields:

Customer
Customer Name — Name of the customer
Mobile No. — Customer mobile number
Phone No. — Customer phone number
Email Address — Customer email address
Billing Address — Customer billing address
Delivery Address — Customer delivery address
Terms of Payment — The customer's payment terms
GST Rate — The GST/tax rate assigned to the customer. This field may be labelled differently depending on your region.
Marketing Preference — The customer's marketing preference setting
Group — The customer group the customer is assigned to
Discount — The global discount assigned to the customer
Status — Whether the customer is Active or Archived
Account Number — The customer's account number
Total Spend — The total amount invoiced to the customer
Outstanding Balance — The customer's current outstanding balance across all invoices
