Customer List - Available Data Fields

List of the fields / columns available to be displayed in the Customer List

As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Customer List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off.

Here is a reference of all available fields:

💡 Tip: If certain fields don't appear for you, it may be due to limitations in your subscription plan or your user role.


🖥️ Column Reference

Customer

  • Customer Name — Name of the customer

  • Mobile No. — Customer mobile number

  • Phone No. — Customer phone number

  • Email Address — Customer email address

  • Billing Address — Customer billing address

  • Delivery Address — Customer delivery address

  • Terms of Payment — The customer's payment terms

  • GST Rate — The GST/tax rate assigned to the customer. This field may be labelled differently depending on your region

  • Marketing Preference — The customer's marketing preference setting

  • Group — The customer group the customer is assigned to

  • Discount — The global discount assigned to the customer

  • Status — Whether the customer is Active or Archived

  • Account Number — The customer's account number

  • Total Spend — The total amount invoiced to the customer

  • Outstanding Balance — The customer's current outstanding balance across all invoices

  • Create Date — The date the customer record was created

  • Last Invoice Date — The date of the customer's most recent invoice. Blank if no invoice exists for the customer

  • Last Contact Date — The date of the customer's most recent outbound email or SMS. Inbound messages aren't included, and the field is blank if no outbound contact exists


🔍 Filters

Primary filters

  • Terms of Payment — Select from your configured payment terms

  • Customer Type — Filter by Business or Personal

  • Status — Filter by Active or Archived

  • Group — Select one or more customer groups

More filters

  • GST Rate — Select from the GST rates available in your region

  • Marketing Preferences — Filter by Accepts Marketing or No Marketing

💡 Tip: Filters can be saved and set as default for quicker access in future sessions.
