As with many lists in Auxo Workshop, you can customise the columns displayed on the Estimate List. Click Columns (top-right of the list) to toggle columns on or off.
Here is a reference of all available fields:

Estimate
Estimate No. — Unique identifier for the estimate
Creation Date — The date the estimate was created
Expiry Date — The date the estimate expires
Jobs — Job numbers linked to this estimate
Estimate Notes — Notes entered on the estimate
Total Amount — Total estimate amount
Customer
Customer Name — Name of the customer linked to the estimate
Mobile No. — Customer mobile number
Phone No. — Customer phone number
Email Address — Customer email address
Billing Address — Customer billing address
Delivery Address — Customer delivery address
GST Rate — The GST/tax rate assigned to the customer. This field may be labelled differently depending on your region.
Vehicle
Registration — Vehicle registration number
Vehicle Description — Make, model, and year of the vehicle
Chassis No. — Vehicle chassis number
VIN No. — Vehicle identification number
Variant — Vehicle variant
Class Type — Vehicle class type
Colour — Vehicle colour
Transmission — Transmission type
Fuel Type — Fuel type
Year of Manufacture — Year the vehicle was manufactured

Vehicles — Filter by
Year,Make, and/orModelTotal Amount — Enter a minimum and/or maximum value
Expiry Date — Set a custom date range
Creation Date — Set a custom date range
💡 Tip: Filters can be saved and set as default for quicker access in future sessions.
