What is SmartCheck Pro?
SmartCheck Pro is a digital Warrant of Fitness (WoF) check sheet designed to streamline compliance and improve workshop efficiency. It replaces manual paper-based checks with a secure, integrated process that works either as a standalone solution or within Auxo Workshop.

How does it work?
The workflow is simple and designed for inspectors using a tablet:
Start a new inspection
Enter customer details and vehicle registration
System retrieves vehicle info and previous WoF results
Example Dashboard:
Select inspection type
Passenger Vehicle, Trailer, or Motorcycle
Complete the check sheet
Sections include Interior, Lights, Exterior, Chassis Underbody, Road Brake Test, and Under Bonnet
Mark each item as Pass, Fail, Warning, or N/A
Use Pass Remaining for quick completion
Review & Submit
Review all sections
Submit to NZTA (once integration is live)
Print or email the inspection report
Recheck if needed
Failed checks can be rechecked within 21 days
Update statuses and resubmit

Existing Auxo Workshop users can enable it via Settings → Subscription
New users will follow the standard sign-up process
