🚧SmartCheck Pro is Coming soon! Ultimately, we plan to integrate SmartCheck Pro with NZTA’s VIC (Vehicle Inspection Certification system) platform for WoF inspection submissions. Once fully integrated, Smartcheck Pro will eliminate double entry and reduce inspection time by 5–7 minutes per vehicle.

Smartcheck Pro VIC Offline Mode (i.e. not integrated with VIC Online) is proceeding into BETA testing.
Smartcheck Pro with VIC Online integration is still with NZTA for verification and testing. We have no clear ETA for completion of this process.
🧪 Beta Release: This feature is currently in beta testing and is only available to select customers included in the beta. It will proceed to full release pending beta feedback.
What is SmartCheck Pro?
SmartCheck Pro is a digital Warrant of Fitness (WoF) check sheet designed to streamline compliance and improve workshop efficiency. It replaces manual paper-based checks with a secure, integrated process that works either as a standalone solution or within Auxo Workshop.

How does it work?
The workflow is simple and designed for inspectors using a tablet:

Enter customer details and vehicle registration
**VIC Online Mode: System retrieves vehicle info and previous WoF results
Select inspection type
Passenger Vehicle, Trailer, or Motorcycle
Complete the check sheet
Sections include Interior, Lights, Exterior, Chassis Underbody, Road Brake Test, and Under Bonnet
Mark each item as Pass, Fail, Warning, or N/A
Use Pass Remaining for quick completion
Review & Submit
Review all sections
VIC Offline Mode: Input results into NZTA's VIC online platform (when using Smartcheck Pro in VIC Offline Mode)
**VIC Online Mode: Submit results to NZTA VIC system (when VIC Online mode is available)
Print or email the inspection report
Recheck if needed
Failed checks can be rechecked within 21 days
Update statuses and resubmit
